The Phuket Aquarium is a part of the well-regarded Phuket Marine Biological Centre, located at the southernmost tip of Cape Panawa on the island of Phuket. This location is absolutely spectacular, with the glistening water and pristine shores covered in white sand. The Phuket Aquarium has an amazing display of rare and exotic marine life, including more than 150 species of fish and marine habitats. There are also a number of interactive displays which give visitors an insight into the beautiful coral reefs and other marine habitats, including those which are becoming quite rare. If you come on the weekend you will be able to enjoy the amazing feeding show that takes place each Saturday and Sunday at the aquarium.

The Phuket Aquarium is more than just an aquarium. Apart from the main aquarium, there is also a science and nature trail where visitors can learn about coastal habitats present around the island of Phuket. The trail is also a great way to learn about local plants and natural medicines found in and around Phuket.
